What you can never get away from and why that’s a good thing!

In the age of NSA spying controversy, identity theft, digital stalkers, and selfies gone horribly wrong we are leery (and rightfully so!) of anything that we can’t seem to get away from.  That said, not everything we can’t get away from is a bad thing.  There is one thing that is with you wherever you go and whatever you do.  You can’t stop it and you can’t outrun it.  It is with you at your best and it is with you at your worst.  It wont’ give up on you and it won’t rest until you find it.  And the best part?  It will NEVER let you down!

What is this?

Simply put, it is a love that is deeper and more perfect than anything you could possibly imagine.  In a world where words, deeds, and views are constantly “evolving” to keep from being held accountable, this remains constant.  It is a love that never fails, a love that will never give up on you, and a love that will never run out- no matter how much you might test it.

It is a love that cares enough to bring correction, but a love that is complete enough to still be there when you are at your worst.  It is a firm as a an immovable rock.  If you need something you can count on… something that will remain constant in a life and time that is full of twists, turns, and disappointments- keep reading.

1 John 4:7-8(NLT)

Dear friends, let us continue to love one another, for love comes from God. Anyone who loves is a child of God and knows God. But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love.”

1 Corinthians 13:4-7 (NLT)

Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.”

Acts 4:10-12 (NLT)

10 Let me clearly state to all of you and to all the people of Israel that he was healed by the powerful name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene,[a] the man you crucified but whom God raised from the dead. 11 For Jesus is the one referred to in the Scriptures, where it says,

‘The stone that you builders rejected
has now become the cornerstone.’[b]

12 There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.”
